The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “This Policy”) explains how SER mobility LTD (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares the personal information of the users acquired by us from the application programs and services (hereinafter referred to as “This Service” or “Service”). We shall duly observe all applicable laws with regards to the collection of information from the users in due diligence and shall insist on our fundamental principles specified as follows for the collection, use, and sharing of related information of users.

If you choose a credit card as your payment instrument, you must record your credit card information. We will transfer your credit card information to a third-party payment platform built by Stripe (https://stripe.com/) to process your payment.

We will collect your use and transaction history to settle the cost of SER mobility LTD used by you through the Service.

Usage Data

When you use the Service provided by us, we will automatically collect information on your usage of the Service and activities in the Service through SER mobility LTD Go (hereinafter referred to as the Device). Information we automatically collect includes:

• Time and date the Service is used
• Your location
• Type and information on the Device
• Type and version of the operating system on the mobile device
• The Service viewed or used by you
• Record of information exchange with a time stamp

Other Data

For your best experience in using the Service, we will provide additional functions. If you elect to use these functions, we may require you to provide your:

• Credit card: If you want to pay expense occurring from the Service via credit card, including Google pay and Apple pay, we will access and keep credit card information that you provide or save in the device. Credit card information includes:

• Card Number
• Expiration Date

• Locality: We will provide several functions through This Service (including but not limited to information on nearby shops, navigation and group position sharing etc.), which will require the information of your location and relevant personal information, such as the intermediate point of the route and destination, current location, preference settings of the settings page and the information of the map you use and its relevant licensing information. If you do not wish to provide the information of your position or share such information and relevant personal information, please turn off the GPS function or elect to stop using this type of function.
• Account of Facebook: If you want to log in the Service with your existing Facebook account instead of a new one, we will access and keep the Facebook account you provide.

Use of Data

SER mobility LTD uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To charge for the Service
• To notify you about changes to our Service
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
• To provide customer care and support
• To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
• To monitor the usage of the Service
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues

The storage and transmission of your information

Relevant information will be processed and stored through the cloud services provided by Amazon and Google, and these servers may be located in any country of the world. Your continued use of This Service shall constitute your agreement to transmit your personal information across national boundaries, and the processing and storing of your personal information in any country beyond the country where you provided your information. No electronic means of transmission or data storage method is entirely secure. As such, we cannot guarantee 100% security of your personal information in system transmission or storage, or it being free from attack. You may confirm whether your personal needs are met by reviewing the privacy policies of Amazon (https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/data-privacy-faq/?nc1=f_ls) and Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

How long we retain your information

The personal data of users will be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and the legally established deadlines for maintaining it has been met, as long as there is no legitimate interest on the part of us to keep it.

Information Security

We attach great importance to the security of personal information. Without your consent, we will never provide your personal information to any third party that is not related to This Service. It is advised that you keep your account and password confidential and do not provide them to anyone.

1. In order to protect the privacy and security of our members, the security mechanisms we adopt include:

1. Encryption of all API designs and websites, ensuring the security of data between users and websites
2. Use of HTTPS with SSL authentication mechanism for transmission of all data
3. Use of an Access token authentication mechanism with a fixed life cycle to confirm the applicant's identity
4. In order to maintain data integrity and correct access, AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions are combined with the addition of the reading rules of Firebase database to control data access permissions
5. Performance of regular detections against network intrusion and data theft

In order to protect your privacy and security, we will do everything to ensure the security and integrity of systems and data operations with reasonable technology and procedures to prevent external attacks and intrusions and safeguard the security of all personal data. If it is necessary to entrust the related departments of the Company to provide services due to business needs, we will also strictly require them to abide by the confidentiality obligations and take the necessary inspection procedures to determine that they will comply.

Information available to collection by third party

We will provide part of the functions in the service by utilizing third party programs. These third parties may use the Service to collect specific information on you, your device, and your use of the Service.

We adopt those third parties who claim that they comply with European data protection regulations with regards to the Service; nevertheless, we still encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties to understand how they collect, use or protect your information. Third-party programs we utilize and their privacy policies are as follows:

• Amazon: Provide cloud storage services for data.
• Google: Provide cloud storage services for data.
• Stripe Provide third-party billing.
• Twilio Provide SMS services.
• OneSignal: Provide push of notifications.
• Mailgun: Provide email services.

You may refuse to provide your data to third parties, but you may not be able to use the whole or part of the functions of This Service thereof. We cannot entirely sever This Service with the third parties.

In no other circumstance do we provide data of our users to other third parties who are not listed above.

Children's information

This Service is not designed for children. We do not require any personal data of children. If we learn that we have collected any personal data of children, we will delete it. You can also require us to delete it through the options designed in This Service or require us to delete it through the contact information listed in This Policy.

Exercise of rights and information for contact

You have the right to require us to access, modify or delete your personal data, limit the processing of your personal data, withdraw your consent for the Service at any time and exercise other similar rights in accordance with the applicable personal information protection act or other similar laws in your current location.
